Terms and Conditions for Public Courses

Frequent Nomination Plan

We value our loyal clients. If your organization nominates 10 or more participants per year, you will receive a 10% discount on the total fees for all public courses within that year.

Cancellation Terms

If a confirmed registration is cancelled less than 5 calendar days before the course start date, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
Alternatively, a substitute participant may attend in place of the original registrant.
No-shows are also subject to the same 20% charge.
