Effective feedback begins with clarity and sincerity. Remember, the goal isn't to criticize or belittle but to genuinely help them grow. Also, ensure that feedback sessions are interactive, allowing the receiver to ask questions, clarify doubts, and share their perspective. A two-way dialogue fosters trust, understanding, and openness—foundational elements of successful interpersonal relationships.

Finally, make feedback a regular and normal part of your interactions, not something reserved only for annual evaluations. By regularly providing balanced and fair feedback—highlighting strengths as much as areas for improvement—you create an environment where continuous learning and mutual respect flourish.
